OBJECTIVES: Analyze your church's current organizational lifecycle. Determine what needs to be improved by examining existing situations and generating consensus ideas for improvements.
Identify and engage key influencers in your church to assist you in implementing change processes.
Develop clear strategies for implementing your change plan and provide accountability for progress in the journey through change.
Prepare others in the church for change by:
- Using effective communication strategies that reduce the stresses of change
- Anticipating criticism that may arise as a result of change and using it constructively.
Develop a church culture that accepts change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
